I have done it the hard way! I didn't even know what a client management system or workflow was. All I knew was I was ready to show the world my talent and make it a business. I quickly realized what I was running was a lucrative hobby but a poor business. I needed a client system to serve my clients...properly.

Being raised in NYC you quickly realize that the city has a flow and system. As I was riding the subway it all hit me. The subway is like a business, it has many running trains. Every line communicates to each other and flows. Nothing about your business or the subway is linear...so stop treating your business that way!
